Our Process
Our Heat Pump Design and Installation Process
Designed first. Installed second. A four-stage process that starts with the home and ends with a properly commissioned comfort system.
Heat Load & System Design
We assess the property and calculate heating and cooling requirements. We consider individual rooms rather than simply selecting equipment from floor area. Glazing, insulation, orientation, ceiling heights and room usage all inform the design.
- →Property assessment
- →Room-by-room heat-load calculation
- →System capacity selection
- →Equipment specification
Airflow & Duct Design
We plan supply airflow, return air, duct sizing, branches, dampers, diffuser positions and static pressure. This is a major differentiator — the duct design determines whether the system delivers even, quiet comfort or disappointing performance.
- →Supply airflow design
- →Return-air paths
- →Duct sizing and routing
- →Diffuser selection and placement
- →Static-pressure calculation
- →Zone damper design
Installation
Professional installation with an emphasis on workmanship. Neatness, duct support, duct routing, insulation, sealing, access and serviceability all matter — because a premium heat pump deserves a premium installation.
- →Workmanship and neatness
- →Duct support and routing
- →Insulation and sealing
- →Access and serviceability
Commissioning
The installation is not complete when the system switches on. Professional commissioning ensures the system actually performs as designed — and that you understand how to use it.
- →Airflow setup and balancing
- →Static-pressure configuration
- →Controller setup
- →System testing
- →Client handover

The Standard
A premium heat pump deserves a premium installation.
Every stage matters. Skip one and comfort suffers. Our four-stage process exists because the difference between an ordinary installation and an exceptional one is found in the details — from system design and installation through to commissioning and final handover.
See the process in action
From first assessment to final commissioning, every step is designed to deliver comfort you can feel — and confidence in how it was built.
